The 12 segment style construction and heavy duty, weighted, injection moulded basket base ensures the subtle balloon shape remains correct in a wide range of wind conditions. The hypnotic three dimensional graphics are guaranteed to impress all that see them change as the Hot Air Balloon spins in the breeze.
